About
About
I am a psychotherapeutic practitioner and intercultural coach based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, working in French, English and Dutch. My practice is grounded in IoPT (Identity Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy) developed by Professor Franz Ruppert — a method that uses constellation work to uncover unconscious blocks, survival strategies and identity fractures that keep people trapped in patterns they cannot explain.
Sessions last 1h15, at my Amsterdam practice or online. In the room, we work with the constellation of your inner parts: you speak a sentence — "I am anxious" — and we explore what emerges behind each word. Not reasoning — resonance. The information surfaces. Blocks you weren't aware of reveal themselves. This isn't analysis. It's a living process of discovery.
My orientation is Jungian — the shadow, individuation, the collective unconscious — enriched by training in the humanities, the study of religions and secularism (EPHE), and 20 years of personal engagement with traditional medicines and wisdom traditions from across different continents. I trained at Interakt (Netherlands) in psychotherapy and at the Instituut voor Psychodrama in Amsterdam.
As a trainer at the University of Amsterdam, I also prepare future expats for the psychological and cultural dimensions of international life. My institutional clients include the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, the Royal Netherlands Navy, Air France-KLM, ING, Rabobank and the public broadcasters NOS and BNN.
